cramped room small bathroom
the location near the train station was acceptable.
The room felt cramped. It barely fit two suitcases and the bathroom felt equally small. It was a disappointing experience.

clean room spacious room helpful staff central location
My room was very spacious and clean. The onsen was a highlight. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage before and after my stay. I appreciated the location as it was very close to the train station and central bus terminal.
The rooms have very little natural light, as the windows are quite small.

The hotel features a public bath with sauna. This is a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Laundry facilities are on the tenth floor. Guests need to bring their own washing powder for the laundry.

Acceptable location, multiple inconveniences
musty odor slow elevators
The location was close to the train station.
The room smelled bad and had a musty odor because the windows do not open. The shower head in the bathroom was by the tub, so it was not easy to use. The elevators were slow and I experienced waits of ten minutes sometimes.
